Eddy Buuza Mukisa is the Chief Executive Officer of TruCom Advertising, a strategic communications, marketing, and advertising agency dedicated to helping brands build meaningful connections with their audiences. His career began in the media industry, where he served as a Broadcaster and Marketing Manager at 100.4 Hills FM Kabale. During his tenure, he earned recognition as one of the region's most influential radio personalities, winning multiple awards as the Best Radio Presenter in Western Uganda. His success in broadcasting was driven by his exceptional communication skills, audience engagement, and commitment to delivering impactful content.

Eddy later joined Next Media Services as an Accounts Manager, where he worked with diverse clients to develop and implement strategic marketing and communication solutions. This experience further strengthened his expertise in client relationship management, brand positioning, and business development.

Beyond his corporate and media roles, Eddy has worked with various organizations as a Communications Consultant, providing strategic guidance in corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, public relations, digital marketing, and brand management. His ability to develop effective communication strategies and deliver measurable results has earned him recognition across multiple sectors.

Eddy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication from Uganda Christian University and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Strategic Communication. He remains committed to continuous learning and advancing excellence in the communications and advertising industry.

Jossy Gakumba is a Director at TruCom Advertising Agency (U) Ltd, bringing over 15 years of leadership, management, and operational experience across the transport, business, and customer service sectors. With a strong background in organizational management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement, she plays a key role in guiding the company's growth and operational excellence.

Throughout her career, Jossy has demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing complex operations, building high-performing teams, and driving business efficiency. She has served as Transport Manager at WATEM Trading and Transporters Limited, where she successfully oversaw logistics operations, contract management, fleet coordination, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance. Her ability to lead teams and deliver results has earned her respect as a dependable and results-oriented professional.

In addition to her management experience, Jossy has worked in customer service and business operations, further strengthening her expertise in client relations, administration, and organizational development. Her diverse professional background provides valuable insight into the needs of businesses and clients across various industries.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Uganda Christian University and has established herself as a respected media professional in the region. Joan currently serves as a Health Reporter and Writer at The New Times Rwanda, Rwanda's leading English-language newspaper, where her insightful reporting and compelling feature stories have contributed significantly to public awareness and social development. Her work has addressed critical health and social issues, helping to inform, educate, and inspire communities across Rwanda and beyond.
